China auntie refuses to pay for bus fare, bus driver can't stop her
STOMPer Jon apparently saw this China woman who refused to pay for her bus fare.
Said the STOMPer:
"I boarded Bus 52 this morning at Sin Ming. After that, the driver went over to reason with this woman, saying 'let her take free bus is unfair to others, where she wants to go'.
"She said CLEMENTI. SHE WANTS A FREE RIDE FROM BISHAN STREET 22 TO CLEMENTI.
"So the bus driver told her 'too far, take another bus.'
"Then she kept repeating, "IF I GOT MONEY I WUN HAVE TO DO THIS
"'52 is the only bus that goes to Clementi, cannot take another'.
"The driver called SBS, who told him to proceed.
"And you know what? Before I alighted, TWO SG PASSENGERS WENT OVER AND GAVE HER $2!
"Now, how did she get on in the first place? I can imagine she just barged on, and driver couldn't stop her.
"So, what is the moral of the story ?
"If you barge onto a bus demanding a free ride, neither SBS nor the driver can stop you.
"There are 'kind' SG samaritans who never fail to lend their a hand."
