hmm... i reckoned it goes something more like this.

1. checking at the mirror for any need to touch-ups on the make-up
2. there isn't any real need for any touch-ups but she takes out the powder and starts padding anyway.
3. she would then check her lipstick and apply a fresh coat.
4. she would tidy her hair-do, looking rather annoyed at that strand of hair sticking out.
5. she'd try to adjust that renegade strand or just yank it out anyway.
