Why do companies hire Ah Neh/PRC telemarketers?

Lately been getting many calls from ah neh/prc telemarketers. Can't understand what the fuck they are talking about.

It's like they have marbles in their mouths. And they are obviously reading from a script as they just bulldozed their way and kept talking and talking without pause.

Don't these companies know that these morons can hardly order a plate of fried rice with their atrocious English?

Is cheap to employ them only cost $300/month/head. All are station in theirs own country in India&China. No need to pay levy rental office also very cheap.
