actually hor, it's not 100% the case. Africa not = BLM. BLM is an American thingy.

Historically, Africans could be very decent and hardworking. Problem is they have tribal mindset. Once successful, the leaders become very corrupt and self-serving. Same here in Asia too. Furthermore, tribes tend to have tribe members that worship tribe leaders.

As a result, these tribe leaders now become selfish, money-swallowing heads of state. That's why Africa continues to go nowhere.

Not the ego, but more cannot handle power well.
