Its impossible for africa to be prosperous.
Take sudan as a example. The general supported by russia, the vice general supported by the west. So civil war.
Same as other African countries as they are normally dominated by two rival tribes.
The ones that achieved peace like rwanda, they are making good progress as long as its leaders are not killed by CIA.
