A friend told me this story.
One evening, he was having dinner alone at a hawker centre. He was sitting a 2 tables away from a group of young men and women. One of the women who was wearing a short skirt was so engrossed in the conversation and laughing merrily away, that she kept opening her legs and exposing her panties to my friend.
Obviously being alone and bored, he stared.
Later, 2 of the guys at the table noticed this and came over to confront my friend. Being a bit of an ah beng, he refused to apologise or offer any explanations and instead, claimed that it was his right to look.
Luckily, they didn't come to blows, but the 2 guys left after a few expletives and threats.
Whose fault is it?
Seeing or staring is not illegal right?
