D Vance and Elon Musk question judges' authority over Trump

.......................................................................

The 3 branches of USA democracy & govt are made up of the elected Executive, elected Legislators & appointed Judiciary.

It is the Legislators that makes & approves laws, & PrezTrump - being the ELECTED Executive - President of USA, DO have the right to issue Executive Orders as ordained by Legislators under the sacred USA Constitution.

The role of the Judiciary, whom are NOT ELECTED but appointed, is only to INTERPRET Legislated laws, & pass down judgements BASED upon such, including Executive Orders by the President of USA. The Judiciary DOES NOT make laws, nor have the elected authority to do so.

When there is confusion & doubts, they do have the right to bring up such issues to the Legislative, to improve upon legislated laws, but CANNOT on their own, as merely appointed officials, vetted & approved by both ÙSA political parties in legislative US Congress, DECIDE or MAKE LAWS on their own. They have NO power to do so.

Thus, rather than to create confusion & chaos within the Judiciary & American Civilization, - the third arm of government, may the US judges end their political leanings & do their jobs as appointed to do so.
