According to our gov: A singaporean with 3 room hdb flat is definitely better off than the emporer of china.
Why? Emporer of china did not enjoy running tap water, TV, Handphone, flushing toilet, a public transport that works, air-con house, lifts that stop at everyfloor, budget airline, excellent healthcare/polyclinics etc...
