When you order your drinks via Coffeeshop Assistant (CA), do you get priority?

I was having lunch at a Coffeeshop in Yishun neighborhood for lunch.

The Coffeeshop Assistant (CA) came by and asked if I wanted a drink. I order my usual Kopi c kosong.

It took a long long long while before my beverage finally arrived. I politely asked the CA why he took so long. He said he has also to queue up like the rest of the customers.

I told him in that case, his CA job is just queuing on behalf of customers and that if he is stuck in the queue, then his productivity in taking orders is very low. He told me no choice, that's the rule.

Is it true?

Don't CA have priority when placing orders?

I always order on my own. It just happened that a CA came over and asked me what beverage I wanted today.

KNN orlaring drinks through agent usually will take longer becas they usually will consolidate all the orlar then go counter make the orlar KNN ca can't have priority becas they still charge the same price else those in queue won't be happy KNN my uncle only will orlar from agent while eating so there is no urgency to drink KNN if leelee thirsty need drink then better get your own ass to the counter KNN

In Singapore we don’t say coffee assistant. Instead, we call them kopi-kia

i order direct from the stall is $1.20
CA say they own self fork out $ to buy from the stall and resell to us as value add kopi C.what do u think?
