What has happened to Today's staff after Balji stepped down?

Looked at Today's management staff in 3/12 edition and was surprised to see quite afew new names and alot of old names gone. Also did not know it had a "Publisher" by the name of Philip Koh. Since Balji stepped down look like alot of changes have taken place.
