what is CPF suppose to be for peasants? i wonder how many are poorer now after gabramen during woody's reign were encouraged to invest in "GOV APPROVED TRUSTEE" stocks.
if lehman is a failure, what about those who were badly burnt using cpf to invest in those "approved" stocks and bonds?
anyone want to share their experiences here?
i have a pal who has bought an overpriced pigeohole using his cpf and has since never stop lamenting over being too greedy for bigger home. he might be retrenched soon and is still servicing the exorbitant montly loan instalment. selling off his flats now (or even when the price was good) means a substantial loss.
