Please la. This is a way to spend more money to get new and useless ones. Thai army knows only how to "do the people in". They can't fight for nuts. Face off with Cambodians they suffer lots of casualties and run away. See it for yourself in their coming clash.

Close, good guess. It is a T-69 and not T-54. It is belongs to the Thai army not Vietnam.
