夜场挥霍讨钱不遂 50岁逆子恐吓老母砸档烧屋

无业中年男子流连夜场，多次为了讨钱，违反保护令对母动粗，还恐吓到母亲档口砸招牌，甚至放火烧屋，父母大义灭亲报警捉儿。
被告梁志伟（50岁），面对包括违反个人保护令、刑事恐吓等九项控状，星期一（2月10日）承认其中五项，余项由法官下判时一并纳入考量。
受害者是被告75岁的母亲，她早在2005年就取得个人保护令，禁止被告家暴。
案情显示，过去10年来，被告一直处于无业状态，每天深夜会到父母家，或是白天到母亲工作的摊位索要现金，金额介于100元至3000元不等，然后多数是去芽笼和如切一带的KTV挥霍。
儿子连续向母亲讨要千元
去年12月28日凌晨零时30分许，被告再次到父母家敲门，说需要钱偿还赌债，讨要1000元。母亲拒绝后，被告威胁说，他会到宏茂桥10道第409座熟食中心的摊位闹事，砸掉招牌。
母亲感到极度恐慌，最终给了被告300元。岂料，被告凌晨6时许再次上门，要求母亲再给1000元。母亲最终给了550元，被告拿钱离开，父亲随即报警。
