Singapore election: Young voters could be the key
http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/business-13305828

"One such is 33-year old Mohamed Ali. Married with a four-month old baby, he still lives with his parents because he cannot afford to buy any of the government subsidised flats near them."

Singapore elections marked by online buzz of discontent

"Singapore is known worldwide for censorship and corporal punishment. But in the runup to Saturday's parliamentary elections more people have started to speak out against the clan that has ruled Singapore for almost 50 years. Parallels with the Arab spring are striking, even if revolution is not just around the corner."

Young voters may be significant numbers but got to see election results first.

Also, didn't a lot of Western press keep harping about some "Iran meets Western democratic revolution" which never arrived? If they r applying the same logic to Singapore elections, wait long long lahz.
