A STOMPer spotted this man spitting and throwing his cigarette butts out of the window on several occasions. Now even his wife joins in his inconsiderate acts. The STOMPer made a complaint to NEA but is still waiting for a reply.

Said the STOMPer:

"This inconsiderate neighbour threw his cigarettes out of his kitchen window.

"In one cigarette's time, he would spit at least 5 times.

"Till date the neighbour is still performing the same act.

"I've been asking for an update of any action done.

"Sadly, there has been no response.

"Now his wife has joined in his spitting routine."

There are reasons why we pay Town Council Fee and besides, NEA are a bunch of yayapapaya. If both combined, they make perfect enforcer without having to risk a hair of neighbours (who wanted to pretend as good neighbour). Forgive us, we learned a lot from pap on how to pass ball. If anyone is to blame for complaceny, look to the top for answer. I am sure there are plenty of "samples" up there.
