It's call "Who Killed the Electric Car"
You can borrow it from the National Library.
After watching it, I really feel that general motors
deserve to be bankrupt.
Another good documentary is SICKO by Michael Moore. It tells about the healthcare standards in U.S compared to countries like France, Canada, France, Britain and even very poor countries like Cuba who have better healthcare welfare for their citizens.
Also, it talks about how insurance companies tries to screw their customers, and not pay them. Those insurance companies actually hire ppl to find loopholes to make your insurance claims void. Really despicable!
