Did you realized that most leaders were/are usually above 40ish. There must be some reason .... maybe life experience is more important?? So do you trust a kid to make decision even he/she is very brilliant. I don't think so.

On the hindsight ... to govern low IQ countries, one need to be charismatic or with military power or with money to do the job. Before election, just make promises and you will be elected. Reason why you see so many coup in low IQ countries. When the existing government does not perform - revolt and install a new government. But they did not realized that these countries are ungovernable. No matter who becomes the next government it is going to be the same.

There is no advance and progressive low IQ country in this world. NONE.
