【明報專訊】長沙灣富昌邨疑發生「技安欺負大雄」式的離奇傷人墮樓案。一名6歲男童到富盈樓單位找9歲友人玩耍，其間意外把玩具從5樓掉到1樓平台，友人當場發脾氣，用掃帚及膠喉毆打男童泄憤，並喝令「同我爬落去執番」。男童疑為「請罪」照辦，卻失手墮樓重創昏迷。警方調查後，把案件列作「襲擊致造成身體傷害」，將涉嫌傷人的9歲童帶署調查。
墮樓男童姓郭，6歲，據悉在區內就讀小一，與家人居於富昌邨富盈樓20多樓一單位。被警方帶走的男童9歲姓翁，體型較胖，與家人居於相同大廈5樓一單位。據了解，兩童在邨內玩耍時認識，郭童經常到5樓肇事單位找翁童玩耍。
友人情緒失控 掃帚鼓棍施襲
消息稱，昨午5時許郭童再到上址，玩至興高采烈間，郭不小心把一件玩具丟落1樓平台，翁童疑心痛失去玩具，情緒失控，疑執起掃帚、鼓棍及膠水喉向郭施襲，令其背、頸及大腿傷痕纍纍，並命令「同我爬落去執番玩具」。郭童言聽計從沿廚房窗戶爬出，欲沿外牆落1樓平台撿拾玩具，但甫爬出即失手直墮，撞毁部分外牆物件後跌在平台，重傷倒在玩具旁邊。大廈女住客聽到巨響立即報警。
背頸大腿受傷 情况嚴重
消防及警方到場後，發現郭童頭部重傷昏迷，警方一度以為他純意外墮樓，將男童送往瑪嘉烈醫院搶救。郭現在深切治療部，情况嚴重，其母與胞姊趕至醫院了解，顯得憂心忡忡。
警方深入調查後得悉案件真相，把案件列作「有人從高處墮下」及「襲擊致造成身體傷害」，在案發單位檢走掃帚、鼓棍及膠水喉等證物，並在窗邊掃指模蒐證。翁童在母親陪同下被帶署調查。
律師黃國桐表示，本港法例規定10歲以下兒童毋須負刑責，故被帶走的男童相信可獲釋放。他認為警方應調查事發時有否成年人在家，追究是否有人疏忽導致意外，並建議男童的家人應尋求專業人士，幫助他控制情緒。

Reported that 5 o'clock yesterday afternoon and then to the site Guo Tong, playing to the spirits, the Guo accidentally throw a toy down a floor, platform, Weng Tong suspect heartache lost toys, emotion, doubt hold up a broom, drum sticks and glue Guo attacks, to the throat, to make it back, neck and thighs bruised, and ordered, "I climbed down to run with the fan toy." Guo Tong climbed out the kitchen window along the toe, want to drop a floor platform along the wall to pick up toys, but missed just climbed out of the straight fall, after the object crashed down some walls on the platform, down to the toy next to the injured. Building female resident heard a loud noise to the police.
Serious thigh injury back neck
Fire and Police officers, Guo found unconscious child serious head injuries, the police thought he was falling off a pure accident, the boy was rushed to Princess Margaret Hospital. Guo is now the intensive care unit in serious condition, his mother and the sister rushed to the hospital to understand, look worried.
After thorough investigation the police learned that facts of the case, the case as "someone falling from a height" and "assault occasioning actual bodily harm" in the crime unit seized a broom, drum sticks and glue throat and other evidence, and in the window scan fingerprint evidence collection. Weng Tong, accompanied by her mother with a Department investigation.
WONG Kwok-tung said the lawyer, as required by law children under 10 will not be held criminally liable, it is believed the boy was taken away be released. He believes the police should investigate whether the adults at home and time of the incident, investigated whether the accident was negligent, and that boy's family should seek professional help him control the emotions.
