In response to Hubbard's email asking Phuc Bui Diem Nguyen to change her name, the student wrote that she would file a complaint if the professor did not use her real name to address her.
Hubbard replied to that message by further elaborating which word he thought the name was similar to:

Could have been worse. Her name could have been Phuc Bich Ho
 
Any women should be proud with a name like that. The lecturer deserve his punishment.
