Trump asking for a referendum. Not a invasion.Since Denmark is in nato, and when the US attacks Greenland, can article 5 be invoked? Putin's erection just got bigger and lasting longer.
But I believe social and welfare benefit of a Danish citizen is much better than what the US can provide.

America has nowhere the level of education, social security and healthcare that Denmark provides for its citizens, among the best in the world. If absrobed into the US, the Greenlanders will probably be unemployed, homeless, broke, too poor to see a doctor and turning to alcohol and drugs to drown their problems.
