My father died of cancer. About two months after he died a car pulled up to my work site and the guy rolled down his window, the smell he put off almost brought me to my knees, he smelled like my father before he died. He asked if I wanted to buy his tools because he was dying of cancer and did not have long to live. And, yes, I can smell it on people almost every time I am around a cancer patient. I have not told people that they have cancer, but I have tried to encourage them to seek medical attention if I know them. I have, several times, reassured people who were being tested for cancer not to worry if they did not smell like it. I am always accurate.
