I saw many arguments about if the earth is flat, why people living at the edge won't fall down when they reach the edge.

I think the only answer is they either see a cliff at the edge so they cannot proceed to walk further so they doesn't have a chance to fall down.
Unless they take a parachute and attempt to jump down. So if the earth is really flat, their parachute is supposed to go down and down until the outer space

Else it will mean all the edge are big oceans so noone has travelled to the edge yet. If someone attempt to take a ship and go in straight direction, it will reach the edge eventually. But they will see a waterfall. If they are daring enough, they can jump down the waterfall. And if the earth is really flat, they should be falling down and down going with the flow of the waterfall until outer space
