China started aggression with Japan and South East Asia wrt east China Sea and South China Sea upon Xi Jinping coming to power.
The creation of artificial island is another illegal act as defined by UNCLOS, a United Nations laws of the Sea which China is a signatory.. And china' claim to douth China sea rightly rejected by international court but ruling ignored by China.
