anti-tank mines anyhow strewn on (top of) a road prove that russian soldiers who did it are either amateurs or conscripts with poor leadership. if paved asphalt roads are hard to dig at least hide the mines in dirt on both sides of the paved road and block the road with a heavy obstruction like a broken truck or concrete blocks. this may encourage ukrainian vehicles to skirt the obstruction and bypass on the dirt shoulder where the mines should be buried. what were the stupid russians thinking? sexpect to blow up and slow down the enemy by just dumping dozens of them on top of the road? lol.
