Eating less meat and more fruits and vegetables will just ensure if you are in a weight loss regime to lose weight faster when you are exercising, and also if u want to maintain the weight more vegetables will help as well...plenty to like about vegetables especially if you have tried the local free vegan meals given out at temples such as 大悲院 or any of the sikh ones...there are more atas buddhist cuisine like shojin ryuri but i personally prefer what lenny kravitz is eating
