习近平欢迎菲利普访华，指出马克龙总统和总理先生在半年内相继访华，体现了法方对发展中法关系的高度重视，体现了中法关系的高水平。当前，世界正在发生深刻复杂变化。中方愿同法方一道，不断丰富中法全面战略伙伴关系内涵，继续做国家间相互尊重、合作共赢、交流互鉴的典范。
习近平强调，中法是全面战略伙伴，双方要强化伙伴意识，坚持相互信任、平等相待，尊重和照顾彼此核心利益和重大关切。充分发挥中法各个对话交流机制和平台作用，增进相互了解，深化互信。要着力深化务实合作，尽早落实已达成的各项合作共识和协议，发挥好重大项目的引领带动作用，加快培育新的合作增长点。中方赞赏法方愿积极参与共建“一带一路”的合作，愿本着共商共建共享原则，实现“一带一路”倡议同法国和欧盟发展战略有效对接。双方要共举多边主义旗帜，坚持公平正义，共同维护国际关系基本准则。中方愿同欧方一道努力，推动中欧关系行稳致远。
菲利普表示，马克龙总统年初对中国成功的访问，再次彰显了法中战略合作的重要性。中国既有长远规划，又能脚踏实地，发展成就令人钦佩。法国对法中关系充满信心，愿继续深化两国经贸、文化交流，推进民用核能、航空航天等战略性合作。“一带一路”倡议是一个面向未来的合作设想，符合全人类的利益。法国在国际事务中坚持独立自主的政策，在多边主义面临挑战的今天，拥有稳定的合作伙伴非常宝贵。法方愿同中方共同致力于促进世界的和平与稳定，加强欧盟同中国的合作关系。

Xi Jinping welcomed Philip’s visit to China and pointed out that President Macron’s and Premier’s visits to China in the past half year reflected the great importance that France attached to the development of Sino-French relations and reflected the high level of Sino-French relations. China is willing to work with France to continuously enrich the connotation of the comprehensive strategic partnership between China and France and continue to serve as a model for mutual respect, cooperation and win-win, and mutual exchange between countries.
Xi Jinping stressed that China and France are all-round strategic partners. Both sides must strengthen their sense of partnership, adhere to mutual trust, treat each other as equals, respect and take care of each other's core interests and major concerns. We should give full play to the role of various dialogue and exchange mechanisms and platforms in China and France to enhance mutual understanding and deepen mutual trust. We must focus on deepening pragmatic cooperation, implement the various consensuses and agreements reached at the earliest possible date, play a good role in leading ties in major projects, and accelerate the cultivation of new growth points for cooperation. China appreciates France’s willingness to actively participate in the establishment of the “One Belt and One Road” cooperation. It is willing to implement the principle of “Commonly Building, Sharing and Sharing” and effectively implement the “One Belt and One Road” initiative in line with the development strategy of France and the EU. The two sides must altogether cite the banner of multilateralism, adhere to fairness and justice, and jointly safeguard the basic norms of international relations. China is willing to work with the EU to promote stability and long-term Sino-European relations.
Philip said that President Mark Long's successful visit to China early this year once again demonstrated the importance of France-China strategic cooperation. China has both long-term planning and down-to-earth, and its development achievements are admirable. France is full of confidence in France-China relations and is willing to continue to deepen bilateral economic and trade and cultural exchanges and promote strategic cooperation in civil nuclear energy, aerospace and other fields. The "One Belt and One Road" initiative is a future-oriented cooperation concept that is in the interest of all mankind. France adheres to an independent and independent policy in international affairs. With multilateralism facing challenges today, it is invaluable to have stable partners. France is willing to work with China to promote peace and stability in the world and strengthen the EU's cooperation with China.
