Between the 2 ladies, Nicole Seah shows conviction and a strong desire to serve. TPL is unsure and quite immatured and from the video her responses are very hesitant and lots of erh,,,erh which grates on the listener's ears.

I agree. I'm an Ernst & Young alumni, and sad to say I think their standard for hiring must've dropped over the years. Nicole can and will run rings around TPL. But more importantly, Nicole comes across as friendly, spontaneous, and intelligent. I hope Marine Parade voters can discern the calibre of these two ladies.
