They told me they overheard some BIG SHOT saying that ERECTIONS will be held before 2nd CASINO opens.

its about visibility... most of the FTs are laborers working in yards/sites out of sight. but in casino, every single FT will be seen by local eyes.

Those multi billions Temasek lost were extracted from the labors of current uncles, aunties from Spore & Malaysia. It took over 40 years of CPF, stealing the property of Sporeans, income tax, ERP, COE,....

If the PAP expect to do the same from the new generation of Sporeans, its obviously not going to happen. There are too few of them & many are trying to get out. The new generation have seen what happened to the uncles/aunties that trusted the PAP

As for the new generation of foreigners, many don't intend to stay too long. They can take out their CPF & live comfortably back home.

So what is the PAP going to do after the old one dies

combined united focused efforts will always save the day... everyone in Singapore, especially Citizens (NS serving ones with family to feed) would prefer to have a government that care about the Citizens' need...

the power of 1 vote is powerful than anyone can imagine. With everyone's knowledge, and fruitful discussions, its just a matter of time, majority of Citizens will decide wisely...

Many must have thought the same thing when people like Marcos & Suharto was in charge. They are all gone.

The PAP might appear to be in total control but it only takes individuals to show how incompetent they are e.g. the Mas affair.

Even if they seem to control everything, how much more loses can Temasek sustain before it implodes? When that happens there will not be enough $$$ to pay for the loyalty.
