PAP candidates are using the public funds to talk about plans !
So you people must tell the world that public funds are for every voter and not just for PAP wards.
Please break this curse at your rallies.
You must tell the voters that if PAP foundation is paying for their plans ,then of course, Oppo got nothing to say but they are using public funds to threaten and warn voters not to vote Oppo !
Is this ethical ?
GRC system has gathered those precincts that got majority votes for them, put them together they call GRC and they have oredi in power they created themselves for so mnay years !
