Track record? Let me tell you what it meant. In a project, i am owner representative , friends of mine with poly dip, ITE cert worked as Tech for over 10 years with Vendor like Yokogawa and Honeywell, Siemens and can run projects independently. PAP put these bast#$d Indians FT with degree to be their managers. i query the tech of the work progress. They understand fully the system and installation but asked me to talked to the Indian manager becos he was in charge. When i query the Indian manager, he does not know and asked me to refer to the Tech. i felt like popping the Indian face, but i didnt. And when worked completed, the Indian got the credit. our friends renain as tech for next project. How come FTs with qualifications but no experience or skills got the meat while my friends got the bones. Who did these to them or the Singapore PMETs ?.
