港鐵向本港一萬七千多名全職員工免費送出兩套來回深圳北或福田車站的二等座高鐵車票。
廣深港高鐵香港段通車一個半月,但客量遠低於政府預期,上月底一度有傳港鐵有意提供優惠予員工家屬乘搭高鐵「谷數」,當時運輸及房屋局局長陳帆聲稱未有所聞。惟本報近日獲得一份港鐵內部通告及車票換領證,指會向本港全體員工及家屬免費送出兩套高鐵來回深圳北或福田車站的二等座車票,所需車費最高涉款近六百萬元。有立法會議員批評港鐵用錢買「人頭」只為「充撐」客量,換取三萬多人次乘客紀錄,關注港鐵如何與內地就此筆車費拆帳,擔心要公帑為港鐵內部福利「埋單」。港鐵回覆指,送高鐵車票是為答謝員工努力。

立法會《〈廣深港高鐵(一地兩檢)條例〉(生效日期)公告》小組委員會於上月廿六日舉行會議時,交通事務委員會副主席譚文豪於會上表示,據悉由於高鐵客量大幅偏離預計,港鐵有意為員工家屬提供優惠。當時陳帆回應稱未有所聞,但運房局副秘書長(運輸)蔡傑銘則指,港鐵作為營運者,在運力未達百分之一百時,及在不損害服務經營權下的財務協議時,可自行考慮提供優惠或折扣,當局會與港鐵緊密溝通。

Modern civilization took good perfectly balanced and healthy planet from about 2 million years of human habitation, ruin it to live-less crap like moon like Mars, like all other dead planets, and this is nothing given back to nature, the nature got KILLED.
