UK Home Secretary Priti Patel is putting the blame on France. She “has reportedly blamed the massive increase in the scale of the illegal migrant wave on a belief held by migrants that France is a ‘racist country.'” Meanwhile, France has been blaming Britain, even expecting the British to pay $39,000,000 to take its own migrants back to France.
While France and Britain are attacking each other, both are bending over backwards to avoid charges of “Islamophobia.”
The reason the migrants are heading out to the UK has nothing to do with the claim that there is less “racism” there than in France. Britain is attractive for illegals due to its laxity regarding illegal migration and its generous welfare system:
Unlike in France or Germany, refugees who reach Britain instantly acquire the effective status of asylum seeker. While they wait for their cases to be examined, a lengthy process that gives them every chance to disappear, they are housed and fed and given £35 a week, including £25 in vouchers to be exchanged in the shops.
Then, after six months in the country, they can apply for a work permit. But they can easily find work without a permit, because the black economy in Britain is worth some £80bn a year – four times the size of France’s. There is no penalty for an employer who hires an illegal immigrant. Ultimately, only one in 40 illegal immigrants to Britain is repatriated.
Word has also undoubtedly gotten around that the UK gives the VIP treatment to illegal Muslim migrants.

Over 1,000 illegal boat migrants crossed the English Channel in small rubber dinghies in just 10 days this month, as Brexit Party leader Nigel Farage brands the growing crisis a “national humiliation”.
Between the 4th and 13th of August, some 1,004 illegal migrants were brought ashore by UK Border Force. This is over half the total number of migrants recorded to make the illegal journey during the entirety of 2019.
The latest arrivals take the total number of recorded boat migrants to 4,511 since the start of the year, according to an analysis conducted by the Press Association news agency. This is compared to 1,890 in the whole of last year.
The Home Office said on Saturday that 89 boat migrants in five boats were brought ashore on Thursday and another 48 migrants in four boats were taken ashore on Friday.
