ai, drones, satellites, unmanned armored vehicles, stealth ships, robots, droids will do 69% of the fighting. nucleared powered aircraft carriers and subs will still be around for mobility and survivability purposes in an all out war. if mainland and cities are leveled or destroyed these mobile naval units can still function for a long time as refuge and fighting bases.
