A case of extreme cruelty toward a two-year-old child had surfaced in Wushan country,
Tianshui City in China.
It was reported that on the afternoon of July 6, at around 2 pm, a two-year-old child went
missing while playing alone outside his home.
On their returned from work in their farm, the parents noticed the child absence and immediately
conducted a search with the help of their neighbors.
After a frantic search, their neighbors heard and found him crying behind a fertilizer sprinkler.
Upon closer examination, they found the child's genitals had been severed and bleeding profoundly.
They immediately rushed the child to the city's Second Hospital of Lanzhou University for treatment.
A search of the surrounding area failed to find the severed penis or the weapon involved.
After emergency treatment, the child is now out of danger and recuperating at the hospital
intensive care unit.
The father of a child speaking at the hospital's bedside, wiping away tears said that they do not
know the reasons for the cruel and vicious attack on a defenseless two-year-old child.
He further said that they are simple farmers working their own fields and they have no feud or
offended other people.
