they have been doing it with viet migrants and refugees since the 70s. sillycon valley always have migrant workers from asia. first the taiwanese, then the viets, followed by flips, then many jiuhukias and jiuhubus, now the tiongs. these fabs won’t hire niggers and hispanics. after working in sillycon valley for decades i haven’t seen one nigger nor hispanic working in a semicon fab. not one fecking strike from these submissive subservient asians. and they don’t unionize. walk into any fab in sillicon valley (amd, intc, nvda) or system assembly factories (hp, ibm, smci) and you’ll see more than 69% of the workforce are east asians (cecas work in software, east asians in hardware). that’s the recurring theme in the valley for decades. i walk past the supermicro campus everytime i visit lowe’s for diy tools and i still see asian coolies makan on the roadside with their lunch boxes. the company execs are so cheap to workers that they don’t have a decent cafeteria for a proper sit down lunch. hundreds of workers have their meal breaks on the roadside or in their parked cars by the curb. the taiwanese bosses force workers to park on the street. campus parking is only allowed for execs and delivery trucks.

The state of Arizona is preferred for semicon plants because of their anti unionist laws. Also their dry desert climate is great for semicon fab processing.

you have to see it to believe it. many shady chink and tiong tech biz in sillycon valley. set up a company and hire their friends and relatives from tw and prc. smci kena delisting warning from nasdaq as they can’t even string together an audit report for 2024. bunch of shenanigans happening with these cheats. many have been shortchanging their employees in base pay yet employees continue to work for them hoping for a stock option windfall. many even withold pay or not pay at all for months, breaking state and fed labor laws.

and this is an ai software startup. so many talented engineers kena duped. in hardware, it’s worse. many chinks, viets, tiongs, thais, and jiuhukias work for so called chip startups in the valley, and they have low base pay with promises of big gains in stock if they go ipo. the number of undocumented and illegal tiongs working in the valley is eye popping. they are the ones who will work below minimum wages and compensated on paper in other ways so as not to break state labor laws. but the state doesn’t care nor enforce unless workers whistleblow. but so far very few do as they are afraid of cases escalating to the fed level and kena deported. i’m not surprised these illegal tech slaves will form a beeline to az to look for work with tsmc.
