The well-known Chinese spicy hotpot chain "Yang Guofu Malatang" has opened a total of 13 stores in Japan. It is very popular among Japanese young people and there are always long queues in front of the stores. However, some consumers who visited the Ginza store pointed out through TikTok videos that they recently found small white insects that looked like maggots in the soup while dining, and exclaimed, "I will never eat it again." The video has since been deleted after it went viral. Yang Guofu Malatang stated through its official account that it had reported the matter to the police and was investigating the truth.

"Weekly Women's PRIME" reported that a netizen shared a video on TikTok on the 10th, claiming that after consumption at Yang Guofu's Ginza store, he found many small white worms in Malatang soup. He pointed out, "I love Yang Guofu so much and eat there three times a week. Now I am left with psychological trauma and I dare not eat it anymore. Everyone should be careful." In the video, you can see small white insects that look like maggots floating in the Malatang.

His videos immediately attracted the attention of a large number of netizens. Many netizens left comments under the video, saying, "I often go to the Ginza store, and there are really a lot of bugs." "I sat under the air conditioner, and once many flies fell down." This incident is also brewing on X (former Twitter). Many netizens exclaimed, "I don't dare to eat spicy hotpot anymore" and "I went to Yang Guofu's Ginza store so often, it was like the end of the world." Some netizens shared, "The spicy hotpot I ate in Ikebukuro also contained larvae." However, the TikTok videos shared by netizens and the posts on X were later deleted.

In order to confirm the authenticity of the facts, "Weekly Women's PRIME" sent an email on the 11th to inquire about the company that operates Yang Guofu, "Datianyuan Co., Ltd.", but did not receive a response. After calling Yang Guofu's Ginza store, a female clerk said that an investigation was underway and she was not sure whether there were indeed insects mixed in. The official X account of Yang Guofu Malatang also posted a message saying that it had contacted the police and lawyers to investigate. The post was later deleted.

中國知名麻辣燙連鎖店「楊國福麻辣燙」在日本總共開設13間店鋪,深受日本年輕人喜愛,店門口總是大排長龍。但有造訪銀座店的消費者透過TikTok影片指出,近日在用餐時發現湯內有疑似蛆的白色小蟲,驚呼「再也不敢吃」。該影片在網上爆紅後已經刪除。楊國福麻辣燙透過官方帳號表示,已將此事通報警方,正在調查真相。

《週刊女性PRIME》報導,一名網友10日在TikTok分享影片,聲稱在楊國福銀座店消費後,發現麻辣燙的湯中有多隻小白蟲。他指出「我超愛楊國福,每週都去吃3次,現在留下心理創傷,再也不敢吃了,大家要小心」。影片中可以看到宛如蛆的小白蟲漂浮在麻辣燙中。

他的影片立刻受到大批網友關注。許多網友在該影片下方留言,表示「我常去銀座店,蟲真的很多」、「我坐在空調下方,有一次掉了好多隻蒼蠅下來」。這起事件也在X(前推特)發酵。許多網友驚呼「再也不敢吃麻辣燙」、「我超常去楊國福銀座店,簡直世界末日」。有網友則分享「我在池袋吃的麻辣燙也混入幼蟲」。但網友分享的TikTok影片與X上的發文後來都遭到刪除。

為了確認事實真偽,《週刊女性PRIME》於11日發郵件詢問營運楊國福的公司「大天元股份公司」,但未收到回應。致電給楊國福銀座店後,一名女店員表示正在進行調查,不確定是否真的有蟲混入。楊國福麻辣燙的官方X帳號同時發文,稱已經連絡警方和律師進行調查,該貼文後來被刪除。

楊國福麻辣燙12日透過IG表示,每天都有徹底打掃和進行檢查,且有留下照片和影片當作紀錄,歡迎大家監視與指導。他們也於15日在X指出,銀座店於10月15日和11月15日都有接受衛生所檢查,預計下週申請檢查報告,今後將定期委託衛生所檢查並公開報告書。針對麻辣燙有蟲的消息,他們也向網友表示已經報警,正在調查事件真實性。
