TOC accessibility issue

Hi folks,

It seems that TOC website is facing some kind of access issue.
I mean, for the last few days when i go to TOC url, it takes ages to see the webpage or load the webpage. posting comment is nearly impossible as it takes forever to wait after clicking 'submit comment'.

Is this problem happen to me only or is this a known issue?

Server problems occur to all websites all the time. Only a goonbag (not you) would relate it to some conspiracy.
