I realised that when the WP rally is held in a stadium, the stadium entrances seemed to be congested as the rally proceeded into the night such that latecomers could not get into the stadium. At the same time, there are still lots of space inside the stadium on the grass and on the tracks.
The WP should consider stationing someone at the entrance to direct the crowd into the stadium to prevent latecomers from not being able to enter the stadium and thus have to go home after coming all the way.
