Only kids and handicapped can reserve one extra seat in 'no reservation allowed' section.

Smoking section to be as far from 'no reservation allowed' section as possible.

Otherwise, hawker centre seat efficiency is just 33% if say queue time is 30mins and makan for 15mins because for 30mins, the seats are occupied by umbrellas, tissue paper packets, water bottles, name cards and most egregiously, even poker gambling cards.

In the 'no reservation allowed' section, except for the a/m (kids/disabled person) situation where the needy person can reserve one seat beside him for his personal care giver, no seat reservation at all is allowed even if a troupe of people send one representative to mark out/ guard a whole table: the police should be informed to arrest their representative for dishonest misappropriation of public property or at least creating a public nuisance : reservation is only allowed at the areas not designated 'no reservation allowed' section which would also happen to be closest to the smokers section since paper tissues and umbrellas cannot suffer from lung cancer / other tumors.

I can easily order 4 plates of plain rice and occupy 4 seats no? No time limit to how long i can occupy the seats either. We need an alarm that starts counting away once u are seated. Within 30 mins, if u are still seated, the alarm will keep on blaring. Starbucks need to install those to deter those scumbag students.
