烟台一景区氦气球失控破裂致母子遇难，景区已暂停营业

新京报讯（记者 潘闻博 齐超）10月1日，山东省烟台市马家沟景区，一氦气球因固定钢缆脱落，飞向空中，在上升过程中破裂，致使气球上一对母子坠落遇难。
10月3日晚间，烟台市公安局经济技术开发区分局通报称，事发后警方当场控制5名涉事人员。经调查，该气球经营业主涉嫌重大责任事故罪，目前已依法对犯罪嫌疑人采取强制措施。
同日，马家沟景区一名工作人员告诉新京报记者，这个氦气球并非景区所有，但场地由景区提供，氦气球有经销商，与景区是合作关系：“（游乐场）门票里面就包含了这个项目。”
今日（10月4日），新京报记者在某旅游网站上看到，该景区确有载人氦气球体验项目，但显示票已售罄无法购买。针对此次及氦气球项目详情，新京报记者今日多次致电景区，电话处于无人接听或忙线状态。

母子坠亡
新京报记者获得的一段现场视频显示，一颗气球在蓝天中飞动，并逐渐飘远。另一段现场视频显示，气球越飞越高越远，在空中显得越来越小。视频拍摄者称：“完了完了。”此后，可见热气球忽然向下坠落，直至消失在拍摄画面中。
10月3日，新京报记者致电烟台市应急管理局，一名值班人员告诉记者，当时在氦气球上的两名游客皆已遇难。他表示，官方已针对此事成立调查组。另一位工作人员介绍，当地公安机关初步认定此事为刑事案件，而该景区的氦气球游玩项目属非法：“因为他们没有权限弄这个气球。”
新京报记者获得的一份烟台开发区应急管理局关于此事的情况报告显示，经调查，氦气球是在飞至蓬莱上空时破裂，随后坠落地面。气球内死亡的两人为一名大人和一名孩子，其中女子索某某31岁，小孩孙某某今年3岁，是索某某的儿子。

景区暂停营业
事发后第二天，烟台开发区文旅局发布紧急通知，“因马家沟生态旅游景区设备检修”，国庆期间暂停营业。已购票未验证的游客，以及已经预订客房的游客，则可联系退票、退房。
烟台区文旅局官网显示，马家沟生态旅游景区是3A级景区，位于烟台开发区刘家沟镇马家沟村。公开资料介绍，该景区已经初步形成葡萄酒文化体验区、滨河临水垂钓区、特色果蔬采摘区、农家乐休闲区、综合餐饮服务区、特色夜景观赏区等6大板块，融合了酒堡临风、休闲垂钓、茂园采摘、木屋风情、花港观鱼等近10个景点，其特点是“村在景中走，人在画中游”。

针对此次事故及氦气球项目详情，新京报记者今日多次致电马家沟生态旅游景区，电话处于无人接听或忙线状态。
新京报记者梳理发现，近年来，景区、游乐场内乘坐气球发生意外的事件并非仅此一例。
2014年，土耳其热门景区卡帕多奇亚发生一起热气球坠落事故。据中国驻土耳其大使馆核实，此次事故共造成中国游客1死4伤。
2014年，四川省广元市一个用于搭载游客的热气球在落地时出现反弹，一名七旬老人路过，被热气球的安全绳缠绕在身上，随着热气球上升到3米左右高的空中，随后摔下，经抢救无效死亡。
