India says Chinese space debris fell on rural villages as rocket failed to burn up on re-entry

A large metal ring and a ball believed to be part of a rocket fuel system were discovered in the western state’s Chandrapur region. Indian space agency officials say the debris is most likely to be from one of China’s Long March 3B rockets.
