No response from Tiger Airways after mix-up

ON OCT 15, I flew on Tiger Airways to Ho Chi Minh City with five colleagues on a business trip. On the return date, Oct 18, the terminal handling agent, Saigon Ground Services, told us that that the name of one passenger in our group was not in its system and we had double-booked one of my colleagues during our Internet booking. After producing the hard copy of our Internet booking, we were told we still had to pay for a new ticket for the missing name and claim from Tiger Airways after we returned to Singapore.
Later, we recalled that the staff at Changi Airport's Budget Terminal had omitted part of my colleague's name and he had to go back to the check-in counter for a new boarding pass. This is why the name appeared twice in the system and we believe this was how the mistake occurred.
I have since faxed Tiger Airways twice but there is no response whatsoever. I have also tried in vain to call its hotline.
