The 22-year-old student was abducted in front of her home in Selayang Baru here at 5.45am while waiting for a friend to join her on her way to her college. "Police took over and set a trap to nab the culprits," Abdul Rahim said. He said after the ransom payment was dropped off and the victim released, police trailed the three suspects, one of whom was on a motorcycle while the other two, including a woman, were in a Toyota Avanza.
He said police nabbed the suspect on the motorcycle at the traffic light junction at Tesco in Rawang and the ones in the car about 500 mteres from there in the direction of Rawang at around 3am.
