oink oink oink oink....HAHAHAHAHAHA
Adeline Lee is singing her favourite karaoke tune 'Moon Tooth Bay'(月牙湾) everyday to her boyfriend, in the shower and even while commuting.
The 23-year-old SIM graduate is one of the 15 finalists of MMSing Talent Awards 2010, a unique online singing contest organised by STOMP.
The competition required Adeline and other participants to send in MMSes of themselves performing. STOMPers then voted for their favourite singers and finalists were shortlisted based on the number of votes, and scoring by a panel of judges.
The 15 finalists will perform at the MMSing Talent Awards grand final on Jul 28, where the 3 best singers from the Category A (15 years and older) and 3 from Category B (under 15) will walk away with up to $15,000 in cash prizes.
Adeline submitted two videos and both garnered nearly 1,000 votes. STOMPers wrote in praise of her performance: "Great voice, keep it up!" and "Awesomeness. You're really good."
A first-time participant of any singing contest, Adeline wants to thank her supporters as she prepares for the grand final on Jul 28: "For everyone who voted for me, thank you so much. To my family who is coming to support me, thank you for always cheering me on and telling me 'I can do it'."
