Dear JC student, please make sure you are getting enough sleep, eating sufficient nutritious meals and having regular physical activity. It doesn't mean working out in the gym or running long distances. Even a short walk makes some difference. Practice mindfulness techniques like meditation or deep breathing. Consider journaling to express your thoughts and feelings. Seek out activities that bring you joy or relaxation i.e. hobbies, spending time in nature or connecting with supportive family members and friends. It is alright to reassess your academic goals. Do not put too much pressure on yourself. Talk to your teachers about your concerns. Explore different career paths that might align better with your interests and strengths. My nephew had a nervous breakdown prior to his A Levels, and dropped out of school. I don't wish to see you end up that way.
