A thief with a fetish for bras has been causing havoc at a housing estate in Kuantan. After stealing undergarments, the culprit would burn them before returning what’s left of them to the owners. According to China Press, one of the victims who identified herself as Tan, 30, said the thief got into his act last Saturday while she was not at home. “I suspect the thief pried open the toilet window to get my bra,” said the businesswoman, who would normally hang her lingerie in the toilet. After discovering her burnt undergarments, Tan said she had been worried and had not been able to sleep well.
