They are earning top bucks whereby the citizens struggling for end meets. If they are holding an middle average pay package then they knows what is you pay peanut and get monkey business.
Spending large budget in defence but it's still a little red dots. Can it be 100% safe?? Dont think so. Having the best and expensive equips will still fail with human errors like the Mas case.
