Do they really think Sporns are morons by refusing to give direct answers or giving irrelevant replies? Is this what the world-crass education all about?

Tired workers: Resorts World Sentosa replies

UNIVERSAL Studios Singapore thanks Mr Ng Chin Guan for his compliments on the park and the crew in his letter on Monday, 'IR staff appeared fatigued and overworked, says visitor'.
Encouragement from guests such as Mr Ng play a vital role in motivating our team members who, as he points out, work extremely hard to exceed guest expectations and that of Universal Studios Singapore.
Our team members are an invaluable resource to the park and priority and care are given to ensure their well-being. Besides being cast in roles that best suit their aptitude and skills, our team members are deployed in two shifts or given regular breaks and role rotation within attractions.
We also strive to foster a team spirit where team members look out for one another. Resorts World Sentosa is very proud of the team we have at Universal Studios Singapore, our anchor attraction.
