About 135,000 packs will be distributed at the National Education shows, the preview and the parade.
Another 10,000 red and white special-edition packs will be given to those who donate at least $15 to the Community Chest.
And to share the eco-responsibility message, most non-food items in the pack are recycled or recyclable - from the plastic poncho to the heart-shaped lantern and drum.
Spectators who take the plastic torch and drum to Mr Bean soya bean snack outlets for recycling before Aug 31 will receive discounts on food items.

What we need to do is to recycle those incompetent PAP Mr. Beans in parleement as toilet cleaners and rubbish collectors.
