Toilet shock at Golden Mile Complex

IF THERE was a contest for the dirtiest and most rundown toilet in Singapore, the unanimous title of champion would definitely go to Golden Mile Complex.
I had not visited the building for many years. Last month, I went there as I needed the toilet urgently early in the morning before boarding a coach to Malaysia. I was shocked to see that more than one toilet bowl had no seat on it. The flush for the first cubicle was not working and there was faeces in nearly every toilet cubicle.
Not being able to take the stench, I ran out and had to bear the stomach ache for another hour till I reached the Customs checkpoint at the Causeway.
